CoverCheck reads each vendor's certificate of insurance and checks every limit and endorsement against your community's requirements. It flags what is short or about to expire. It emails the vendor's insurance agent for a corrected or renewed certificate on its own.

CoverCheck is the part of vendor insurance tracking that is neither reading a PDF nor writing an email: knowing which limits and endorsements a particular community actually requires, and noticing when a certificate no longer meets them. It reads each certificate, checks it against your own requirements, and tells you what is short, what is missing and what expires next.

It also emails the vendor's insurance agent for the renewal or the corrected certificate. It sends that email itself when a check comes back short. Every email it sent is kept in your record.
