- Reads an uploaded certificate of insurance and extracts the coverage lines,
  limits, endorsements and expiry dates.
- Checks each certificate against the requirements of the specific community or
  property it applies to, rather than one global standard — requirements differ
  per property and that is where gaps hide.
- Flags what is missing or short: an insufficient limit, an absent additional
  insured endorsement, a policy about to lapse.
- Drafts the renewal chase to the vendor for approval before it sends.
- Tracks every vendor's status so expiry is visible before it becomes exposure.
